You'll join a small but busy and committed team who are known for going over and above for their clients, in a conveniently located CBD office. About the Role: You will be the sole Accounts Payable officer for the business. This is a busy, high volume, but very rewarding role with lots of autonomy and opportunity to progress within the business. Key Duties: » Process high volumes of invoices into accounting system and make sure that invoices balance with supplier bookings » Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances in preparation for payment » Coding and preparing invoices for payment and making payment runs on a weekly and monthly basis » Handling of Invoice queries and voucher variances and following up on any unresolved variances with relevant Key Account Managers to make sure all invoices are entered into the system » Assist with month-end procedures » Supplier Statement Reconciliations » Filing of invoices and supporting documentation into Weekly/Monthly Batch Folders for easy accessibility » Actively contribute to better processing times to deliver successful outcomes for suppliers » Maintaining historical AP records » Paying employees by verifying expense claims and receipts and making sure approval is obtained prior to paying About You: To be considered for this role you must have solid Accounts Payable processing experience and ideally experience in a similar high volume role. We are also looking for the following: » Strong IT skills » Proven experience of working to tight deadlines » Thrive in a fast paced environment » Confident communicating with both internal and external stakeholders » Strong written and verbal skills » Accuracy and speed in processing large volumes of data Apply Now!
