Having just moved into a brand new, modern and slick showroom/office duo in Parnell. A great function for somebody looking to add value to a growing brand who is passionate about interiors and all things aesthetically pleasing. About the function: this function is a stimulating and varied function for any practiced Customer Service/Admin Support person to add value to this team. We will see you dealing with pricing, customer service, sales support and be a bit of an all-rounder. You may also be involved in coordinating online & phone/email product orders and getting them out the door, ensuring deliverables are being met. this function will see you working out of the Auckland head office and showroom and will require you to assist with incoming customers within the showroom from time to time, so excellent personal presentation and a passion for human interaction is a must. You will have one direct report. Training will be involved as part of the on boarding process.
