We are seeking for motivated, hardworking, reliable team members to assist in all aspects of cultivation and post- harvest operations at our KÄ?kerengÅ« site. » Fixed-term seasonal functions from early-October until early-May (approximately 7 months): You will work across all cultivation and post-harvest functions including seed germination, bed forming, transplanting, plant care and maintenance, hand harvesting, bucking, drying, trimming, packaging and cleaning. This work is predominantly outdoors in all weathers. Standard hours start at 40hrs per week but may increase to 60hrs per week during harvest, with weekend and shift work. » Fixed-term seasonal functions from late-March until early-May (approximately 5 weeks): You will be focussed mainly on post-harvest processing activities including, bucking, drying, trimming, packaging and cleaning. This work is predominantly indoors although there will be some outdoor hand-harvest responsibilities. Standard hours will be between 40 – 60hrs per week, including weekends and shift work. This is a great opportunity to get involved in the medical cannabis industry at the ground level. No practice is required as we provide all training on site, but previous practice in outdoor crops on a commercial scale would be beneficial. If you have previous practice as a manager or running a team, that is also an advantage.
