The Strategy and Policy Group conducts various research projects to support our advice. We are currently looking to progress several research projects at once and need a research analyst to help with this workload. This is an exciting opportunity for a researcher to gain practice working in a government context while furthering their research skills. Our ideal candidate will: » have a research background with 1-2 years' practice in public administration, M?ori studies, law, or public policy, » have a sound expertise of te ao M?ori, tikanga and kawa and the implications of Te Tiriti on today's society and public service, » excel at undertaking literature reviews and analysis, » be able to write to an academic publication standard, and » be comfortable delivering to deadlines while balancing multiple projects on a range of topics.
