This includes the install and deinstall of events and the delivery. We want you to bring your creativity to the table and work collaboratively while delivering with a proactive approach. Our Events adjunct is supported by a team with an abundance of practice in event planning and coordination, so this is a great opportunity for an event management graduate or junior in the events industry to work ina vibrant and fast-paced organisation. We have some requirements and desires for the candidate We are seeking for. Those are - » 1 - 2 years event practice in assisting with large scale events and /or events across complex venues. » Demonstrated practice working to fixed timelines with strong organisation expertise and attention to detail. » Excellent written and oral communication expertise with the capability to demonstrate project management and planning. » Highly developed interpersonal expertise with a demonstrated capability to relate to people at all levels and develop productive working relationships. » High degree of computer literacy and competence in Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel. » Current full drivers' licence. » An Event Management qualification is a bonus, however practice is pivitol. This is a full-time function, working Monday to Friday however flexibility is required to support the delivery of events.
