My client seeks a true relationship builder who has the maturity and empathy to support people in their first line of employment, as well as generate a trusting and reliable relationship with clients in the trades sector, contributing to the continuing and broad growth of the organisation. - this function is seeing the who life cycle through someone’s education and employment - Working with clients and candidates to ensure the success of the overall partnership - A true problem solver and natural capability to support and coach individuals through to success You will be focusing your energy on generating new business growth, and supporting and mentoring young and enthusiastic people to succeed in their work. The right candidate will be a driver and a goal setter, with a professional track record in sales. Maturity and professionalism and the capability to juggle many balls, are essential expertise integral to the success of this function.
