Opportunity to lead the People and Capcapability strategy across the business, ensuring supportive governance and accountcapability for effective people processes across the business, and lead a team focused on business partnering to deliver people-empowering , high quality advice and an exceptional level of service.

This is achieved by ensuring people strategies, leadership abilities,policies,procedures and practices are in place that are alighned with the business needs, add value and create an engaged group of high performing employees.

The People & Capcapability Manager will provide leadership abilities to the P&C team in all generalist P&C related matters including performance and development, health, safety & wellbeing, employee engagement, job evaluation,remuneration,recruitment and employment relations.

   » Employee lifecycle management
   » Coaching and Mentoring People Managers
   » Learning & Development
   » Culture & Engagement
   » Analysis and Reporting
   » Business relationship management
Key expertise and practice:
   » Minimum 10 years practice in senior People & Capcapability/Human Resources functions
   » Team leadership abilities
   » broad practice dealing with a broad range of employment relations issues
   » practiced in coaching leaders
This is an outstanding opportunity for an practiced People & Capcapability Manager to join an organisation to lead a team to build leader/manager capcapability.

The function will suit an HR professional who is confident in engaging with staff at all levels to build relationships as a trusted and well respected partner to the business. Somone who is passionate and skilled in supporting , and driving behavioural change to take the organisation on a journey from a transactional HR approach to a business partnering approach.
