About the function: In this function, you will be a hands on, practiced Warehouse Manager who thrives in a busy environment and adapts quickly to any situation. Responsible for supporting the direction, coordination, and evaluation of the movement of products in the Warehouse and customer service, this function will require you to be able to manage managers/employees and work in a fast-paced environment. Day to day tasks: » Ensure targets, KPIs, budgets and sales/business development initiatives are met » Perform regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with health & safety guidelines » Ensure housekeeping and orderliness of the warehouse is kept to a high standard » Build positive relationships with customers » Recruit and train new employees » Maintain procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments » Inspecting machines and equipment regularly, resolve operational/maintenance issues » Develop and revise standard practices in the warehouse Your Requirements: » 5 years managery practice » Diploma or Degree in Business or Logistics is preferred » practice with WMS or similar warehouse management system » Familiar with RF applications » Familiar with labour management applications » Strong relationship expertise » Great written and oral communication expertise This position will give you a real sense of purpose and grow your expertiseet.
