Job Offer: Hop Farm Workers ($22-$50):Job description:Hop Farm Workers ($22-$50)Payment: Accommodation & Paid ($22.00 - $45.00 + on contract))Job location: Tapawera Region: Nelson/Abel Tasman/Golden Bay practice: Limited practice Necessary Listing Added: 04/11/2021 We have two hops farms in Tapawera, an existing farm and a new development, with hourly work for farm development, nursery work and also piece rate contract work in our hop gardens all over summer until harvest in February & March. All work is physical and outdoors. Starting rates of $22.10 per hour plus holiday pay. For productive workers with high output the contract rates will apply with significantly higher wages available for hop bine training until late November. Groups of local kiwis seeing rural NZ, travelers and friends often arrive and work here together, so we're happy to discuss group employment and accommodation options as well as with individuals. Dorm room accommodation is available in our houses with fires to keep warm. We have plenty of room for vans, freedom campers etc. and includes washing machines, hot water showers, bathroom amenities and camp kitchen with oven and gas BBQs.
