We are currently looking for 1 or 2 people to work Cleaning and or Reception at Jailhouse Accommodation. practice and lgain how to run an accommodation business. Evening Reception "Babysit a hostel". ( Average 12-15 hours per week per person) in exchange for your accommodation, bike, and laundry. This shift may require you to be on call for emergencies (sleep is allowed and interruptions for emergencies are rare), with some light cleaning tasks. This is a function where you would live and work onsite and help out at reception. The hours would start off as day help and/or cleaning and may later move to evenings. or Cleaning. This is a function where you will live and work onsite and help out housekeeping for only 12 to 14 hours per week. Work is usually between the hours of 10:00 and 11:45 (12:30 if we have a lot of checkouts) or Reception/Cleaning. Work up to 12 hours per week per person between the hours of 9:30 and 12. Pay $21.10 ph +8% holiday tax. This is deducted to pay for your accommodation. Other benefits include Free Wifi, weekly laundry money and washing power, and the use of our staff bikes. There will be plenty of time to see Christchurch or get additional paid work.
