Our upcoming event is set to be a memorable day filled with festivities and appreciation. With an expected attendance of around 1,300 individuals, many accompanied by their families, this event is a special occasion to ensure our employees and their loved ones have a fantastic time. Position Overview: As a Registration Staff Member, your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome and assist event attendees. This position goes beyond a typical event role - you will have the chance to engage with our employees and their families, creating memorable experiences and learning about the manufacturing and industrial industry along the way. You will be residing within the registrations office where you will great customers, undergo data entry tasks, manage guest arrivals and complete the 360 purchasing of vouchers and ticketing. Key Responsibilities: » Greet and guide guests as they arrive, providing essential information and support. » Facilitate the registration process, ensuring smooth check-in for all attendees. » Ensure the administrative records are kept up to date on late arrivals and non-attenders. » Manage the purchasing of tickets and vouchers for the event. » Foster a welcoming atmosphere for families and children, ensuring their enjoyment. » Provide basic customer service assistance and respond to event-related inquiries. » Collaborate with the event team to guarantee a seamless and enjoyable experience for all. Qualifications: » Enthusiastic and energetic demeanor that shines through in your interactions. » Administrative abilities with experience in data entry and organizational admin. » Comfortable and adept at face-to-face communication, including with children. » Possess basic customer service and administration skills. » Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable nature.
