About the function: No two days will be the same in this diverse hands on function. I am looking for an energetic approachable individual who will be able to prioritize competing tasks. You will be working closely and collaboratively across different teams within the organisation undertaking tasks such as: • Assisting the People and capcapability team with a range of administration tasks across the employee life cycle. • Providing excellent customer service, being at the forefront of the organisation online and in person assisting staff and visitors with enquiries. • Acting as a point of contact between staff and external providers to ensure ICT equipment and support is provided when required. • Assisting the Finance team with a range of tasks such as general finance administration such as data input and support to the accounts payable team. • Being a team allrounder, planning team activities, meetings and contributing to the wider team development. About you: Your function will be essentially the glue in the business, the go-to person! I am looking for an induvial with excellent oral and written communication expertise, and previous practice in working in a similar function is preferred ideally with the knowledge of, or a availability to gain an knowledge of Te Ao M?ori and promote tikanga and Te Reo M?ori.
