They are the leader in their industry and who are growing, an exciting time to join! They are very progressive in how they work, e.g. for them- flexi working with a thing well before covid. They are rapidly growing and needing to bring on board a Senior Payroll Specialist to join the talented team of 3. This is a very exciting time to join the team and use your expertise to hit the ground running. The modern, spacious office is in a prime location with plenty of cafes and gyms close by, or work in the house if you wish (however most of the team prefer to work from the stunning office). The company are currently going through a change in processes and systems so you need to be adaptable and keen to lgain and grow with the business. You will be: - Covering fortnightly and monthly pay cycles - You will be processing up to 800 peoples pays so coming from a busy fast paced function is a must! - Working across permanent functions within the business - Working within a direct team of 3 - Covering end to end payroll processing - PAYE Recs and GL Journal creation and processing - You will be using the system Affinity- which you will ideally have practice with however this is not required. About you: You will be reporting to the Payroll Manager. You will be managing high volume wages employees and have a solid knowledge of Holiday Act. - Intermediate level with excel- this is a must! - At least 5 years’ payroll practice within NZ - Solid knowledge of the Holidays Act, ACC and IRD. - Affinity would be a bonus but not required You won’t regret taking a step to find out this function, please call Lucy for a confidential chat on 09 366 9977 or click to apply.
