They are looking for self-motivated, highly organised Marketing & Digital Manager who is a multi-tasker, thrives in a busy environment, and is experienced in working with a wide variety of internal and external partners. The right candidate will be a highly skilled digital marketer and is ready to make insightful and impactful changes at speed. The role, initially for a six-month period, will solely lead our business's marketing function and report into our General Manager. The business is growing rapidly, and there is an opportunity for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. Experience & skills » Minimum 5 years' marketing & communications experience, with a recent focus on digital marketing initiatives » Ability to work with a wide variety of internal departments and external partners, including our directors, laboratory staff, collection site staff, major airlines and travel agent groups Tasks & responsibilities » Working alongside our freelance graphic designers, print partners & internal teams to manage a library of sales & marketing assets (including print & digital) » Effectively manage an external agency overseeing the branding of each new collection site launched nationwide » Owning & driving our digital marketing space including social media, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, radio, TVC and other digital media platforms » Work alongside our regional, travel and operation managers » Staying in close contact with key internal business leads to ensure all website content is up to date, accurate, and SEO optimised » Manage our inbound call system, working alongside our internal customer service team, IT and external call centre Benefits » Enormous variety in work and projects » Fun, collaborative team environment » Flexibility to manage work from home/office for the right candidate APPLY NOW for this exciting opporunity with competitive pay rate!
