Plant OperatorLocation ChristchurchCanterbury Job type Full Time Salary 24 to 25 Category Manufacturing/Operations > Machine Operators » *40 hours per week (8:00am to 4:30pm - Monday to Friday) » *Fantastic Wage (Great earning Potential $25 per hour) » *Opportunity to work with NZ industry leaders and potential to go permanent To facilitate customer product delivery and contribute to adding value to the supply chain network within the Industrial Merchant Business line at customer locations by providing a high level of customer service which will exceed our customer's expectations. Core of the role will be operating the Pounamu Filling Plant. Employee will also be trained in DG transportation and handling to enable them to make deliveries of Dry Ice and cylinders when required Why work for us: » 40 hours per week (8:00am to 4:30pm) » Starting $25 per hour » May lead to permanent » All onsite training to be given » Forklift Licence (required) » If any truck driving experience that could be an advantage (extra opportunities with in the business) Job Description: » Ensure that dry ice orders are complete and available for despatch when required within the constraints of normal operations. » Coordinate with production, distribution, sales to ensure customer orders are met within a timely manner » Ensure instructions and information on relevant SOP's, manuals and other documents are followed » Provide delivery services for products and associated services for daily cylinder and dry ice operations. What you need: » A great attitude and a willingness to learn » Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and ongoing random tests » Commitment!
