A great opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join this highly successful market leader. The primary objective of this role is to assist and manage the daytime operations of inward and outward frozen, chilled and dry goods. The key responsibilities of the role include: » Lead and develop the team » Order uniforms and PPE » Ensure orders are picked, checked and ready for delivery » Stock management » Dealing with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction » Conflict resolution To be successful you will ideally have: » Proven experience leading and developing staff » Strong leadership skills » Flexible and open to a changing environment » Hard-working and physically fit » Results-driven and adaptable » High level of written and verbal communication skills Hours are 45 hours per week; Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays.
