The function: » this function is the is the perfect fit for a registered nurse or health professional who is looking to move into the mental health space. The prosperous candidate for this function will display proven relationship management and development skills and be able to establish rapport with families/whanau. Assist individuals in achieving their goals and aspirations. Ensure that all client documentation is maintained at a high standard and deadlines are met. this function requires Somebody with a warm and open-hearted disposition, the capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and must be someone who enjoys working within a team and autonomously. About you: »Essential: » Registration with a Professional Body covered by CHPA 2003 Act or Social Worker Registration Act 2003 or DAPAANZ. » Tertiary level qualification in a significant discipline e.g. nursing, social work, occupational therapy. » Current full APC. » Health sector/social services sector or related practice, including practice working with individuals and family whanau and of supporting and developing others. » capability to work with and without direct supervision. » Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. » Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications. » practice and capability to use electronic client information systems. » Full, clean driver license »Desirable: » practice working in Mental Health and/or Addictions or the Discapability sector. » Proven practice of working effectively with individuals and family whanau in a complex needs environment.
