We seek a Cultural Capcapability Partner with proven practice in providing advice, contributing to and influencing key stakeholders in the field of cultural intelligence.

As the prosperous Cultural Capcapability Partner, you:
   » will add value and bring new ideas to the team
   » will be Wellington located
   » understand you may need to travel
   » will already have basic M?ori language competency and be committed to further learning.
You will be the person accountable and responsible for developing and implementing The Whia Te Tika results framework.
You will have:
   » exceptional communication, relationship and influencing expertise – you will relate to a variety of people including Iwi, Government, NGO, and ACC clients
   » outstanding written expertise, able to write Briefing Papers, and Research Reports
   » the capability to understand Te Reo
   » strong planning and project management expertise
   » excellent problem solving and analytical expertise
   » politically savvy and a availability to understand the machinery of government and ACC's legislative landscape
   » excellent self-management including the capability to manage own time, identify and manage competing priorities and demonstrate good problem solving expertise
   » capability to work independently, and inter-dependently, under pressure and to meet deadlines
   » energy, enthusiasm and motivation.
