As our Design and Implementation Senior Advisor, you will bring key expertise and attributes to enhance, create and transform our Business Partnerships customer value through continued delivery of levy design and products. You’ll play a key function in ensuring our strategic direction is delivered upon, this includes being a lead on our strategic and tactical initiatives by supporting the Levy Design Manager on our longer-term business objectives. You’ll have the opportunity to establish yourself as a source of knowledge and a strong influencer in this position. The ideal candidate will inspire and motivate teams to deliver innovative solutions. For you to be prosperous in this function We are seeking for you to bring your practice in: » Developing strong evidence-located approaches to design/change, that balance the interest of customers and stakeholders » Building solutions through collaborative working with internal and external partners » Leading the implementation of enhanced and new levy products » practice and knowledge of the end-to-end product management lifecycle » Actively monitoring product performance to identify opportunities for growth » capability to engage stakeholders, including at senior levels, and bring them on a design and delivery journey » Demonstrated practice driving improvements within a multi-faceted customer services environment » capability to work effectively within a legislated environment and apply a systems thinking approach » practice working within an Agile environment would be useful You’ll be joining a friendly and passionate team who put the customer at the centre of everything we do.
