As part of the flagship Country Digitization Acceleration (CDA) program, they are seeking an Auckland-located highly skilled Program Manager, ideally with Big 4 Consulting practice to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic growth areas and accelerate digitization initiatives in New Zealand working closely with Government, including Education, Health, Transport, Cyber Security, SME, and Sustaincapability. The function You will be responsible for leading and executing the CDA program from an execution standpoint, managing the budget across different projects/initiatives to accelerate digitization within a fixed timeframe. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Finance, Sales, and others, to ensure smooth execution and functioning of the CDA program. Your responsibilities will include budget planning, actual budget utilization and ROI tracking, resource management, risk and issue management, reporting, and supporting the design, development, and positioning of our CDA approach internally and externally. Link to CDA program info - https://www.cisco.com/c/m/en_au/cda.html#~cda-key-pillars Skills & practice • Must be living in New Zealand currently and have full working rights. • Proven practice in program management/consulting within Big 4, with a demonstrated track record of prosperous execution of large-scale programs of work. • Strong project management skills, with skills in planning, execution, and commissioning of projects. • Excellent financial acumen, including budget planning, tracking, and reporting, as well as ROI analysis. • capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and build strong relationships. • Strong communication skills, with the capability to prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external use. • practice in working with government agencies, consultants, partners, and system integrators is beneficial. • expertise of procurement processes and tools, and capability to work with procurement teams for PO creation and invoice approvals. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on driving business results and change management. • expertise of digitization initiatives and trends in industries such as Education, Health, Transport, Cyber Security, SME, and Sustaincapability.
