Customer Service/Admin (till end Aug 2023)Job location:Auckland Auckland Central Work Type: Temporary » » » • Customer Services (Product located), NOT a call centre • Special function to contact with key Govt client re tidying their orders/updates etc • City fringe, near South Western m-way, parking, 8.30am – 5pm • Our client delivers healthcare supply chain solutions by using the best technology, systems and people, allowing those at the frontline to focus on delivering healthcare. The company holds more than $23M of inventory, employs over 130 staff and has a catalogue of thousands of medical and pharmaceutical consumables. • located at the Auckland Head Office, you will be a highly valued team member in the Customer Service Dept, with your own special customer service/admin project ie to look after one key Government accounts orders tasks: • Update and review Order Schedules for one key government client • Clean up function - delete or add any lines • Accurately make checks, looking at old and new orders • Process orientated, contact with client's Assessors who will advise what product/order info they require • Medical and non-medical product expertise not required as all coded • Data entry, customer service and administration mix • Customer data is maintained using Email, Word & SAP • NOT a Call Centre environment You: • You will enjoy paying attention to detail and following processes - taking the time to work your way through what is required accurately • Have great administration and computer expertise (SAP is used, but as long as you have used something similar and are confident receiving/responding to emails) • Logical and a team player, you will be naturally inquisitive and aware that all you do has a flow-on effect Offer: • Join very reliable and long serving workforce (eg up to 30 years) and training within the function on their methods • Initially a Temp assignment for 8 weeks but with possible future opportunities • Very interesting, not a typical CSR function • Free onsite parking • Subsidised cafeteria - full meals generously provided • 8.30 to 5pm (not flexible due to these being the clients/suppliers hours of business too, no WFH) Interested?
