We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator, Based in East Tamaki. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
   » Coordinate and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
   » Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are sufficient to meet operational needs
   » Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring all team members adhere to safety and operational procedures
   » Implement and maintain warehouse best practices to optimize efficiency and minimize errors
   » Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and resolve any issues that may arise
   » Oversee the maintenance and organization of the warehouse space

To Be Successful for this Role
   » Full Valid NZ Driver's License F Endorsement
   » Valid Counterbalance License and Reach
   » Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role
   » Strong organizational and time management skills
   » Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
   » Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office
   » Knowledge of safety and quality standards and regulations
   » Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
   » Available Monday - Friday

Day-to-Day
   » Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and quality
   » Organize and maintain inventory, conducting regular stock checks
   » Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule shipments and deliveries
   » Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
   » Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues promptly
