Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Consultant – three month contract:MasseyUniJob description:Job DescriptionWhakarongorau Aotearoa (formerly Homecare Medical) is seeking a consultant for a three month fixed-term contract to source and select high-performing talent across a range of our services.Tele-health is an evolving and dynamic area of the Health Sector and we need an engaging and motivated recruiter who can share our story in the external market. About the function – Atu mo te mahi We need a confident and practiced Recruitment Contractor who can hit the ground running. this function will support our urgent frontline recruitment campaigns and partner with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment results. We are actively hiring within a range of services including Mental Health, Health Services and Support Services. this function will support active campaigns, pipelining activity and be committed to delivering a positive and engaging candidate practice across recruitment and onboarding. Day to day will include the following: » Managing the end to end recruitment, writing ads, planning campaigns, phone screening candidates, shortlisting, interview booking, interviews, through to offering and onboarding » Building and managing talent pools, sourcing potential candidates through multiple channels » Providing advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of the recruitment process including interview support, reporting and campaign summaries » Ensuring appropriate employee vetting checks are completed » Reviewing, recommending and implementing any changes to the recruitment and onboarding processes as needed » Ensuring candidate data and reporting is up to date across our systems » Liaising with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding for candidates including HR, IT, Learning and Operations About you – Pehea koe: » We’re looking for a Consultant with a strong background in operational recruitment with practice managing end to end hiring in both volume and lateral functions » A background in either clinical or contact centre recruitment would be beneficial but is not essential » Recruitment in this environment is fast-paced and time-sensitive so you must be comfortable juggling priorities and working under multiple deadlines » Our ideal candidate will be practiced, business partnering at a mid to senior level and have the capability to build trust and relationships quickly with both hiring managers and internal stakeholders » You will have outstanding verbal and written communication and be comfortable picking up and recruiting for a wide variety of functions across our business » Connecting in with our priority communities is essential and a high degree of cultural consciousness and empathy is required. » practice with JobAdder would be an advantage but not essential Our Values – O Tatou Uara Our ambition is to virtually support the people of Aotearoa New Zealand to stay well and connect them seamlessly with care when they need it.
