As our Agile Lead, you will be a leader who can influence, inspire and bring people on the agile journey.

As our Agile Lead, you will bring passion and energy, drawing on your practice and expertise to play a significant function in creating and safeguarding our move to an agile culture and way of working. Key to this function is the capability to foster innovation, collaboration and drive the continuing adoption of agile practices. This leader will support our agile teams and leadership abilities to take our Agile Transformation to the next level with the right expertise, tools, process, and professional development opportunities so they can apply agile to its full potential.
About you:
   » practice in leading and embedding or significant involvement in supporting the Agile Transformation of an organisation.
   » Strong people leadership abilities; identifying, guiding and developing talent across the Agile capcapability practice.
   » Must have practice in leadership abilities whether Information technology be as a senior or lead member of a team.
   » You have the drive to craft enablement through coaching, mentoring, facilitation, teaching and have strong relationship management expertise.
   » Build and manage relationships with executive leaders, stakeholders, teams and capcapability practices.
