About our group
Te Puna Kaupapahere focuses on a whole-of-system, end-to-end policy integration covering early learning, compulsory schooling, and tertiary including M?ori medium, te reo M?ori, Pacific and Learning Support.
We provide advice to enable an education system which contributes to the expertise and knowledge needed by people for social, cultural, economic and environmental wellbeing. We develop policy about vocational expertise, access pathways, international education and student financial support.
We manage the Ministry’s international engagements and cooperation agreements.
About this function
We are seeking for a Policy Analyst to join the Governance, Legislation and Accountcapability policy team. This team is leading the legislative changes in education, and has an exciting and busy work programme, The function in this team is perfect for analysts looking to broaden their practice into regulatory and legislative policy, and who want practice supporting Select Committees and the Parliamentary process.
