The function

• Private Sector client looking for an practiced Service Desk Technician to join their growing Team.
• Use your analytical and problem-solving expertise to assist internal and external stakeholders.
• The first point of contact for all Information technology support incidents, service requests, and general Information technology queries.
• Monitor the significant technologies with a wide variety of tools (MTRP, XIO etc.)
• Collaborate with the business on AV Projects and planned upgrades.
