To deliver this, a dedicated group has been established withinTeKawaMataahoresponsible for covering Gender, M?ori, Pacific and Ethnic pay gaps.With new Government funding, this group is growing.As part of this team,ourAdvisor and Senior Advisor functionswillcontribute to thedesign and delivery ofkey projects and initiativesthat will support the prosperousimplementation of the Public Service Pay Gaps Action Plan.To be prosperous you will haveinterest or practicein the areaofequal pay or related fields.You will undertake analysis andsupport the provision of advice and policy developmentfor thework programme. You will alsohave the capability toestablish strong relationships with key stakeholders withinTeKawaMataahoand with external parties, including government agency and union representatives, and representatives of external interest and working groups.
