Our client has a great opportunity available at thier Warehouse based in Onehunga. They are looking for a Store Person to work in their Inwards Goods and Dispatch teams. They have two, day shift rosters: 6.30am - 3.00pm and 8.00am - 4.30pm, with some flexibility around working hours during their peak periods is required. If you enjoy being part of a great team, are reliable and like to be kept busy, this could be the role for you. About the role: » Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in the daily operation of the HRV warehouse » Pick and pack customers' orders » Unloading of containers » Checking and entering inwards goods » Updating and retrieving information from our computerised system » Keep the warehouse organised and tidy » Complete general warehouse duties » This is a varied and busy role. They will provide you with training and support to be successful in your position and to continue your growth within the company. About you: » Have a can-do attitude, strong work ethic and the desire to produce great results » Have a current Forklift Licence (required); previous experience operating a Bendi/Flexi would be great, however training can be provided » Must be physically fit as some heavy lifting is involved » A working knowledge of HVAC products is desirable » Previous experience with Microsoft NAV, RF Scanners and working in an ERP environment » Basic computer skills » No two days are alike - flexibility and a great attitude are essential » Have great attention to detail » Must be reliable, motivated and have strong time management skills » You'll enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and have an approach of right first time, every time » You'll be savvy and always on the lookout for innovative ways to support your team » A current and clean NZ driver's licence is required » Sound knowledge of Health and Safety practices What's on offer This is an opportunity not to be missed.
