The Role: As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Branch Manager while onsite and the go to person when he is away from branch. Your key focus of this role is to keep the branch working at a high standard, and to encourage, support and motivate the team. Training and development of staff is critical to ensure that our business remains customer focused by supporting your team and lead by example.
