My client is seeking someone who has practice and expertise of the NZ Transport and Logistics Industry. This is a NZ owned company, established in the 70’s and is rapidly growing. This is a rare opportunity for someone looking to grow their skill set and work for a company who have their employees at the front of what they do! About the function: The right candidate will have will be extremely organised and have great communication expertise. This position will keep you busy as you will be working with customers and clients to ensure the day to day running of the drivers and their schedules are running smoothly. You will be monitoring fleet maintenance and repairs as well as ensuring all required paperwork and documents are completed in a timely manner. Being able to develop and maintain significant relationships is important in this function. You will be: » Providing excellent customer service with every interaction » Developing professional relationships with customers » Checking everyday schedules and resolving as necessary » Work closely with drivers to conduct debriefs to ensure issues are avoided » Comply with all health and safety legislations practice and Requirements: » practice with SAP is desired but not required » practice within the fleet and transport industry is required » Strong analytical and problem-solving expertise » capability to work in a team environment » Proven scheduling and fleet maintenance practice This position will give you a real sense of purpose and grow your expertiseet.
