Working in a modern factory manufacturing custom builds and selling products made from aluminum and steel, including die-casting, spring making, wire forming and presswork. They pride themselves on high quality workmanship and good service and are know for their volume production and fast turnaround projects. They truly stand by what they make and enjoy turning ideas into reality. The position identifies and covers varied skills as a welder, fabricator, machine operator, your skills in general engineering and production/ assembly work. You will be expected to assist with general duties around the factory to assist with getting jobs completed on time or as directed by your manager. You will have a key role doing the final checks and processes on the snow chain production assembly line during winter. This role requires you to help train and supervise 3-4 assembly staff and then closely monitor production to achieve and maintain the current high-quality standards we have established.
