Client Manager

This company are professionals when Information technology comes to managing trusts, estates and wills. Part of the fabric of the New Zealand business community they have provided advice and administration for Kiwis for many years operating with integrity and professionalism. As an employer they are innovative and efficient, with offices located all across the country – they’ve got a good reputation being able to resolve some of the most complicated cases. Locally in Tauranga the team are small and hard working with a wealth of legal, technical and administration expertise to draw nationally. Your days will be varied and interesting; you could be doing estate and succession planning, reviewing a commercial property portfolio, getting out on the farm with clients or managing an elder abuse case.
This is a Senior Client Manager function. You’ll manage an established local base of clients and jump straight in the deep end with on-going litigation cases and discussions with clients now. The core of your work will be advising on and administering estates and trusts. A small portion of your time will be building referral networks and business development. This company offer flexible working hours and benefits including life and health insurance, discount on gym memberships and with partner brands and services. You’ll also have the support of a good Client adjunct providing admin support and Branch Manager.
Our ideal candidate will be an LLB or Chartered Accountant whose managed client relationships and ideally have practice with estate planning and/or administering trusts and wills. If you’re at this level (or close to) this would be an interesting next career step. You’ll also really enjoy the relationship side too; you’ll have strong people expertise, be able to operate well in conflicting environments, be solutions driven and able to provide workable options for clients.
