Family Help/ Calf Rearing adjunct:Job description:Family Help/ Calf Rearing adjunctPayment: Accommodation & Paid ($25)Job location: Oamaru - Ngapara Region: Otago/Queenstown/Wanaka practice: Limited practice Necessary Contact: 0211893062 Listing Added: 26/05/2022 Start Date : 20th July - middle / end of September ** You require a personal vehicle - so you can get to and from town for food etc. *** practice driving a manual vehicle is prefered adjunct Calf rearer And Nanny Required This is a unique position that includes aiding our Calf rearer in the mornings, and minding our three children (7,5 and 3) in the afternoons (while I feed the afternoon calves) Nanny Position - We have three outdoorsy adventurous cheeky but well behaved children. You will look after them for 2-3 hours in the afternoon, prepare snacks, wash lunchboxes, do homework (reading and spelling) and other childcare related things. Help with housework - dishwashers, vacuuming, fold washing, prepare elements of evening meal. some practice with children preferred. Calves - We require someone to work alongside our practiced calf rearer in the mornings - Train new calves - Cleaning feeders - General lifting of feeders/ buckets etc Mornings 730 -10:30 (approx, hours will Vary) Quite a physically demanding job , lifting etc , so pleased be prepared for that. You are free to do your own thing between 11-3 or I can give extra work, spraying and gardening or some days extra child minding of our 3 year old daughter would be needed. Roster is flexible. We have a cottage available for you, all to yourself, located on farm. Information technology is old but fairly tidy , insulated and doubled glazed , with a heat pump. We are getting new flooring installed prior to your arrival. Simply furnished, kitchen, washing machine, queen bed, couches , chairs . Linen available if required. Oamaru our nearest town is 30 minutes away. Rent is free , but Power will Be $50 a week . ( i will credit you back if Information technology is less than this ) $25 per hour , +8% holiday pay We can provide a few hours a week work from 1st June if you are wanting to start earlier . Will include gardening , spraying, stock work and child minding. (please note the accommodation is getting re carpetted on 12th July , so if wanting to start earlier we will have to move bedroom and lounge furniture for that day .) 2 hours from lots of key locations . - Twizel/ Tekapo/ Wanaka/ Dunedin/ Lakes / Mt Cook 3 hours from Christchurch / Catlins / Queenstown 4-5 hours from Glenorchy/ te Anau / Milford Sound Skills:
