The function

Provide advice and support to hiring managers across end-to-end recruitment and selection policy and processes. Assist the current Recruitment Advisors with the high volume of end to end recruitment (40-50 vacancies).

Our client is seeking a strong Administrator/Co-ordinator to come into this function and support the team with their day to day tasks, allowing you to grow and develop in the Recruitment space!

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Coordination & Administration support to hiring managers across end-to- end recruitment and selection policy and processes.
• Coordinate interviews, pre-screening, reference checks, drafting offers and shortlisting
• Writing advertisements
• Provide support to the Administrator People and Capcapability to provide logistics and coordination support for activities as agreed.
• Provide support with triaging the People and Capcapability and recruitment Outlook inboxes inbox referring to the Senior/Advisor or Manager People and Capcapability as appropriate.
