You will perform a variety of reception, office, and administration tasks to support the efficiency of business processes through client and project information management as well as providing onsite support to Project Engineers. this function is also accountable to support the systems as required. The function will be a Microsoft office specialist supporting with formatting and editing of Word and PowerPoint. Responsibilities • Manage phone calls and correspondence • Coordinate and manage team and event functions and bookings • Diary management for the leadership abilities Team as required • Manage and prompt on the corporate calendar • Manage the digital accounts including google, website & LinkedIn account • Lgain the systems and be the main point of contact for training on this • Be the go-to person!
