This is an awesome opportunity to bring your practice and further develop your passion for agile delivery, whilst working day to day in one of ACC’s important Agile Release Trains– Path to Wellbeing– that focuses on improving our customer's journey from being injured through to being well again. The Principal RTE is a key senior leadership abilities function within ACC, who works in partnership with our Product Managers, playing both an important function in our Agile Community as well as leading ACC achieve its results. As a leader in this function you are responsible for ensuring ACC's Agile, Lean and DevOps approach delivers optimal value for our customers and helps drive continuous improvement in everything we do. Our ARTs include both business and technical teams, tasked with a common mission. this function is critical to the success of ACC through leading change and requires you to work with key stakeholders including Executive and Senior Leaders, and Value Stream Owners. You will also be a key leader in the Agile Release Train that includes Product Managers, Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and Team Members from across the organisation. Information technology requires you to provide leadership abilities and support to your ART in the adoption of an Agile mindset focussing on supporting and optimising engineering practices. To be prosperous in this function, you will: » mentor and coach RTE's » facilitate the planning process for Programme Increments and the planning events » adopt Agile, lean and DevOps ways of work such as transparency, experimentation, and self-organisation » identify opportunities at an enterprise, Value Stream and Agile Release Train level to enhance ACC's maturity as an agile organisation.
