Projects AdministratorLocation All AucklandAuckland Job type Permanent Salary 30 to 32 Category Engineering > Administration & Tech Support » Flexible working arrangement » Career development & personal progression. » Global HVAC company About the role This position is responsible for routine project documentation, materials, job costing, status monitoring, invoicing, and administrative closeout of each project. Within this role you will interact with customers, Project Managers, and other assigned internal staff to ensure the timely completion of each project - Responsible for generating, interpret, and print various assigned reports. - Appropriate file management of documents & controlling departmental sign offs. - Manage Project Warranty & Defect Allowances - Managing rental/hire chiller jobs for the life of the agreement, along side the service managers and sales person. - Write monthly minutes of meetings for project team for internal & external stakeholders and assist in writing major projects (PSRs) project status reports. Skills/experience needed - Minimum of 2 years experience in an Administration role - Certificate in Business Administration (desirable) - Demonstrated knowledge and experience within a call centre environment (preferred) - Demonstrated knowledge and experience within a labour management/dispatch role (preferred) - Effective communication skills - both written and verba - Effective interpersonal skills including ability to clarify and resolve customer service issues - Excellent organising and time management skills - Excellent organising and time management skills - IT competence - MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint Systems Experience: Pronto (desirable) Oracle R12 (desirable) - Required License: Driver's Licence (preferred) Benefits - Flexible working arrangement - Supportive company structure - reporting to your team leader - Progression opportunity - Industry leader - Great career development and experience.
