Role & Responsibility The primary purpose of this role is to provide telephone sales and support for a range of insurance services & membership programmes through both inbound & outbound channels. These responsibilities will include; - Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner - Handling scheduled outbound calling - Understanding & promoting the features and benefits of each product/service. - Building great working relationships with internal stakeholders - Accurate recording of data & systems usage. - Driving individual KPIs & targets. Experience & soft skills required. - Experience in a customer service role in any industry - Ability to learn and promote the features and benefits of a product - Great communication skills - Positive attitude & willingness to learn - Intermediate systems knowledge using MS office, a CRM, or POS system.
