We have a great new opportunity for an practiced Personal adjunct to join a DCE Office in either our Corporate and Finance group, or our People and Culture group. A Personal adjunct function at ACC is never a dull day. Working as part of a team of administration professionals within a DCE Office, youll be responsible for providing personal assistance and administration support to senior leaders across your Business group. Youll work closely in with the other functions in the DCE Office to ensure a full range of business management, coordination and administrative support is provided, to enable the DCE Office to operate effectively and efficiently.

What will you be doing?
   » Diary, inbox, and event management
   » Acting as the first point of contact to ensure senior leaders are supported all over their everyday operations
   » Stakeholder management
   » Provide personal assistance and administrative support to the Group leaders
   » Financial and business process management support
   » Continuous improvement of business processes
   » Preparation of reports, documents, and presentations
   » Other ad hoc support for the group as required
What we’re looking for:
   » Natural people expertise including the capability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
   » A proven capability to proactively prioritise, plan and co-ordinate activities/resources and work calmly under pressure, linking back to significant parties to negotiate different results
   » consciousness of the operations of a corporate environment at a senior level along with knowledge of business processes, including financial processes, and reporting
Ideally, you’ll have practice from a Personal adjunct or similar position in a large corporate or government organisation.

The base income range for this function is $60,277 – $85,097, with the 100% being $70,914. Appointment within the range is dependent on expertise and practice. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
