About you

Your warm welcoming approach, manaakitanga and exceptional people expertise will help you to know and understand clients with ease. This knowledge enables you to work in partnership with clients to help them achieve their goals. You'll bring a high level of personal integrity, initiative, whakawhan?ungatanga, and a strong people focus to the function. You'll be comfortable navigating your way around computer systems. You're curious and like to uncover details, using your analysis expertise to find the cause of the problem and finding solutions.

Hours of work

prosperous candidates will be rostered to work over five days per week.Total hours of work are 37 hours and 55 minutes per week, although you are paid for 40 hours. Scheduled shifts are between Monday – Saturdays 6:30am to 10:00pm. We work on a no surprises, rostered basis and will ensure that you will know your scheduled shifts well in advance.
During various peak times we may also offer overtime on some weekdays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays.
