The function We are pursuing part time or casual Food and Beverage Attendants in our restaurant, bar, conferencing, and room service functions, to ensure our guests have a great practice dining with us. These fun and busy service functions suit people who are used to working in a fast paced environment, such as a large restaurant or hotel. You will be a professional at working under pressure whilst working to tight timeframes and problem solving on the spot. Responsibilities » Provide a warm engaging welcome to all guests » Preparation of the restaurant for breakfast service » Seating guests, taking orders and delivering exceptional service at all times » Taking external and internal phone inquiries and delivery of room service » Settling guest accounts » Ensuring a positive resolution and follow up with any guest complaints Requirements » Previous practice in a busy hotel or restaurant environment » Planning and organising expertise and an capability to work individually and in a team » Excellent time management abilities » Flexible to work rostered shifts, including weekends, late nights and public holidays. » Valid Right to Work in NZ Skills:
