About the function The function of Client practice Analyst is to listen, gather and analyse data, to help develop actionable insights which tell compelling client stories to our leaders and frontline staff. As a champion of the voice of the client, the Client practice Analyst contributes to collaborative projects with Service Delivery teams, using best practice quantitative research, survey methodologies, and design thinking to support continuous improvement for our clients. About you To be prosperous in the function, you will have the following • Strong client focus • practice in designing and undertaking client research using survey and quantitative methodology • Understand the principles and practice that underpin client practice and service design • Strong quantitative analytical expertise • Effective communication and presentation expertise • Creative problem solving • Good computer literacy with practice using analytical software, and digital collaboration tools desirable If this sounds like you, and you're ready to either take a step up, or take on the next set of challenges in your career, then we want to hear from you!
