In this function you will be managing the deployment of a programme, drive organisational change involving large scale implementation, whilst working with service design and technology projects. What you'll need to succeed: » practice managing and delivering complex projects within a programme environment. This includes risk, issues, change, budget, resources, schedule, scope, quality and benefits. » Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects that require a high degree of integration with other initiatives, specifically the integrated deployment of the programme and its value streams. » capability to works alongside, support and meet the needs of the Change Manager, Technical Lead and equivalent stakeholders. » Lead projects/workstreams with high complexity, risk and organisational impact to prosperously deliver and integrate defined outputs within scope, budget and time frames, to customer and stakeholder satisfaction, within the agency's project management framework. » Familiarity with machinery of government and government accountcapability requirements. » Appreciation for the Treaty of Waitangi and knowledge of its implications for government, ideally in the education sector in terms of partnership.
