Are you ready to make a difference and lead by example?
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Delivery Specialist play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service delivery to a diverse range of clients.

As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will be at the forefront of creating impactful change within the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
   » Taking ownership of a caseload and overseeing work allocation, setting the benchmark for performance.
   » Ensuring team processes are agile, compliant, and purpose-driven, leading to efficient service delivery.
   » Collaborating across departments and with process owners to facilitate smooth information flow and accessibility.
   » Becoming the go-to person for investigations, complaint resolution, training gaps, and service delivery challenges within the team.
   » Providing support to the Manager and stepping into a leadership role when required, representing the team in interactions with Funder/Providers, Whanau/Clients, and the wider organization.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
   » Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to connect effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
   » Experience in leadership and mentoring, with the ability to adapt your approach based on various learning styles.
   » Proven experience in coordinating support and services for individuals with diverse physical, intellectual, or sensory needs.
   » Sound working knowledge of the health and disability, mental health, or education sectors.
   » Clinical experience is a definite advantage.

Desirable qualifications include:
   » Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
Experience:
   » You should have a minimum of three (3) years of work experience in one or more of the following areas:
Health / Allied Health / Education and/or Disability sector.
   » Demonstrated expertise in assigned business unit areas such as Funding, Community Engagement, Funding and Resource Management, Needs Assessment, Clinical support, or Social Work.
   » Familiarity with the Treaty of Waitangi and the ability to coach others on its practical implementation.
Desirable Experience:
   » Proven track record in coordinating both natural and formal supports and services for individuals with various needs.
   » Experience in assessment within the disability or mental health sectors.
   » Specialized expertise in dual mental health and disability, aged / palliative care, physical and/or sensory needs, or high and complex needs.
Technical Skills:
   » A valid, full Driver License, Class 1.
