Ko t? m?tou mahi – Your function
In this function, you’ll provide executive secretarial and administrative services to the Regional Manager or National Director, including diary management, recording meeting minutes and providing other administration support. this function sits in Te Kurutao, whose function Information technology is to ensure K?inga Ora can fulfil its legislative obligations to protect and enable M?ori interests and aspirations in relation to housing and urban development.
This is a fast-paced function, in which your exceptional organisation expertise and interpersonal consciousness will be key to your success.

Ng? p?manawatanga ?u – What you will bring:
   » You’ll have at least a basic proficiency in te reo M?ori me ?na tikanga, grounding in te ao M?ori, and an knowledge of K?inga Ora’s responsibilities in respect of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
   » practice providing EA/PA support to a senior manager/executive team member
   » Excellent planning, organising and time management expertise, coupled with the capability to prioritise and multi-task
   » The capability to communicate effectively with customers and staff at all levels of the organisation, with initiative, sound judgement and discretion.
