This is an excitingopportunity for practiced Financial Services Contact Centre Agents to join adynamic, growing team of client-focused individuals building customerrelationships on this offshore due diligence programme.

The main function forthe position is to build strong customer relationships with no sales pressure.

To be prosperous inthis function you will need to have:
   » Previous practice working in a Contact Centre environment(inbound or outbound)
   » Availcapability to work full time, between 10.00AM and 10.00PM Monday toFriday
   » Strong PC literacy expertise and the capability to work across multipleplatforms
   » Working expertise of KYC
   » Commitment with great track record of punctuality and attendance
   » Excellent written communication expertise
   » Excellent command of the English language
   » Efficient and accurate data entry expertise
   » Own reliable transport
