The Infrastructure Delivery team reports into the Targeted Investment Manager but serves the wider Injury avoidance (IP) team. We support IP to optimise performance and engagement. Despite having implemented some of the most effective injury avoidance programmes in the world, the number of kiwi’s being injured continues to increase. As a result, we need to materially scale the impact of our injury avoidance mahi by taking a more systemic approach that empowers and enables all stakeholders in the well-being of kiwi’s to play an active and coordinated function in reducing the incidence and severity of injuries. This shift requires the design, development and continuous improvement of processes and systems that increase productivity, enable scale, and improve collaboration internally and externally. We’ve made a great start and are now looking for an energetic, commercially astute, and innovative individual with significant practice to join our team. An attractive income $131k – $184k depending on practice, plus 9% super is on offer, along with an opportunity to grow and develop your career in one of New Zealand’s leading government agencies.
