About the function Integrity Services manages ACC’s Integrity Framework. We help protect the value and sustaincapability of the services ACC provides to New Zealanders. We do this through targeted avoidance, detection and response activities to minimise the occurrence of fraud, waste and abuse impacting the ACC Scheme. Reporting into the Manager Integrity Risk Advisory, you will be responsible for the following: » Driving an internal integrity focus – delivery of the Integrity Services (IS) inward facing risk and assurance programme utilising a virtual risk team from the wider IS team » Delivery of IS’s assurance of integrity risks across ACC including engagement with all line 1 teams; heat mapping integrity located risks; creation and implementation of the ACC wide Integrity Assurance Plan » Constantly evolve the protected disclosure and OK2Say whistle blower processes including engagement with key stakeholders to increase maturity and consistency » Engage with internal investigations, however with a focus on the control environment, system risks identified and the resulting improvement recommendations rather than the mechanics of a complex investigation response What we’re looking for: » A commercially savvy financial and auditing professional that is risk aware » Agile in your approach – each day will be different » Project management and analysis practice would be beneficial » A strong sense of integrity in everything you do In a past (or present) life you will have been in professional practice (i.e. an accountant, project manager, assurance or risk practitioner) preferably with practical practice applying these expertise within a large corporate environment.
