This is 8-hour rotating shifts Monday to Friday. Reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor, the successful applicant will undergo training to operate any station. Key responsibilities include the manufacturing of steel bar and coil, assisting the maintenance of the mechanical rolling equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency, and contributing to all facets of the rolling process. To be successful, you need to have the following: » Great Attitude » Previous Machine operation/Production operation required » Strong mechanical aptitude - problem solving skills. » An uncompromising attitude towards H&S » You enjoy being part of a team environment but have ability to work unsupervised. » Be physically fit. » Be a motivated self-starter with strong follow through of tasks and positive "can do" team attitude.
