We are seeking for two practiced Bar Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this function will have : · Demonstrated customer service practice in a food & beverage function with minimum 2 year practice in a similar function. · Comprehensive expertise of New Zealand craft beers, wines, spirit and cocktails · Immaculate presentation with outstanding communications expertise · Excellent command of English · Vibrant personality with a strong sense of initiative · A desire to exceed customers expectations. · Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required · Stock management practice · A current LCQ or General Managers certificate an advantage. candidates for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
